Refund Policy

At Hakshatra, we aim to deliver premium-quality sarees with complete customer satisfaction. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Return Eligibility

You can request a return only if:

  1. The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  2. You must raise the return request within 48 hours of delivery.
  3. The saree must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging.

We do not accept returns for:

  • Color variation due to screen/lighting
  • Minor weaving irregularities typical of handloom fabrics
  • Sarees that have been used, altered, or washed
  • Clearance / sale items (unless damaged)

2. Return Process

  1. Email us at support@hakshatra.com or WhatsApp our customer support with Order Number and Product photos/video showing the issue.
  2. Our team will review your request within 24 to 48 hours.
  3. If approved, we will arrange a pickup from your address(Where available).

3. Refund Method

After the returned product passes the quality check:

  • Refund will be issued as Store Credit / Coupon Code, valid for future purchases.
  • Store credit will be shared within 3–5 business days after QC approval.

We currently do not provide refunds to bank accounts or original payment methods.

4. Exchange Policy

  • Exchange is allowed only for size issues (if applicable), or if you want a different saree of the same or higher value.
  • Exchange shipping charges may apply.

5. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase.
  • Once processed/shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.

6. Damaged Product on Delivery

If your parcel is damaged or tampered at delivery:

  • Record a video while opening the package
  • Share it within 24 hours of delivery, we will provide full support for replacement.
