Yes, we accept returns or exchanges within 3 days of delivery if:

  • The saree is unused & unwashed
  • Original tags & packaging are intact Just drop us a message with pictures and we’ll guide you. Easy & hassle-free!

 What if I receive a damaged or wrong saree?

It rarely happens, but if it does — don’t worry!

Send us an unboxing video + clear photos within 24 hours of delivery and we’ll arrange a free replacement or full refund immediately.

Will the saree color be exactly like the website photos?

We photograph every saree in natural daylight and edit only for brightness/clarity. Still, very slight variation (5–10%) can happen because of lighting and different phone/computer screens. The actual saree is usually even more beautiful!

 Will the colour look exactly like in the photos?

We shoot in natural daylight and show real colours. Still, a very slight variation (5–10%) can happen due to phone/laptop screens. In most cases, customers say the actual saree looks even better!

Can I see actual photos or videos of the saree before buying?

Absolutely! Message us on WhatsApp/Instagram with the saree name or code and we’ll send you real unfiltered photos & video on actual mannequin or model.

Is the product quality checked before dispatch?

Every saree goes through a 3-step quality check — fabric, finish, and color accuracy — before packing.

Will I get tracking information after placing an order?

Yes. Tracking details are sent via WhatsApp/SMS/Email once the product is dispatched.

 Do you offer discounts or combo offers?

Can I cancel my order after placing it?

Yes. Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase.
Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
